I live in Leoben, situated in the Upper Styria, a part of Austrian province of Styria, whose capital is Graz - a European culture Capital for the year 2003.
Leoben, with its world-famous Mining university, is a starting point of a sight seeing tour through the Styrian iron road, an interesting historical and natural area on which you may find Trofaiach, a small place where I work at LMS. If one follows the Styrian iron road, one soon comes to Eisenerz, with its beautiful mountain lake, as well as one of the greatest iron mines (now turned into museum) in the central Europe.
